    An uncanny sense of timing and a deep-rooted appreciation for the richness and potential of Omaha's downtown residential scene put Tasha Moss at the center of the area's remarkable downtown resurgence. As the market has grown, so too has her company - Omaha Real Estate Group, which now includes a number of the area's leading real estate agents. Her business has expanded and now extends from Gretna to Bellevue, Downtown to Elkhorn and beyond!

    A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney, with a degree in marketing, she saw early on the importance of cutting edge marketing in real estate market. Today, Moss continues to drive the area's on-going residential growth with her ability to properly market a wide variety of properties throughout the Omaha area - pairing buyers and sellers.

    A native of Council Bluffs, Iowa, I left the area in 1979 after graduating from high school. By 1996, I couldn’t wait to come back. In between, I worked dairy farms and ranches in North Dakota, graduated from the University of North Dakota, entered the United States Marine Corps as a commissioned officer and helicopter pilot in 1988. After receiving an honorable discharge from the military, I flew commercial airplanes until September 11, 2001. Today, I am a licensed real estate broker in Omaha, a member of the Nebraska Association of Realtors, the Omaha Area Board of Realtors, and specializes in the Condominium market.
        After a year in the Real Estate business I fell in love with the Omaha Condo market. Because of my extensive knowledge of the condo market I became inspired to author and publish a book "Condo Living Omaha", which has proven to be a must for Condo buyers and sellers.

         My wife, seven year old daughter and I love living downtown!

    Throughout my life and real estate career, I have seen a trend in my work ethic: I help others and educate them as well.  Both a Nebraska native and UNL alumni, I have a marketing history paired with a passion for real estate.  My ambition in realty lies in the foundation of fact: the housing market presents so many options to any person willing to learn.  A house can be a family-home, an investment property, or an expression of art (perhaps all three and more).

    Of the various motivations for owning a home, so are there ways to go about purchasing and selling them.  Along with my team, I am driven by the knowledge and technological advances we use to market homes and purchase others.  During these delicate processes, you will want someone you can count on; in trust, communication, and performance.  I am constantly learning and also finding new ways to help out people in most any situation.

    After working for a number of years in a corporate environment, I realized I wanted a more flexible schedule which allowed me more family time. Becoming a Realtor was a great change of direction.
